Overview

We are a multinational company engaged in manufacturing branded disposable diapers for babies and adults. With our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden and Southeast Asia Headquarters based regional hub in Section 28 Shah Alam, Malaysia.  We are the largest manufacturer in Southeast Asia and market leader in Singapore and Malaysia along with a strong number 2 in Thailand in the disposable diaper category. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated, suitably qualified and team driven individual to fill the following position based at either of our plant/office sites located in Section 23 and Section 28, Shah Alam.


Main Tasks

 

  • Lead and responsible for the development and analysis of sub-channel business dynamics and build strategic business plans relevant to insights 
  • Lead the planning and implementation of below-the-line strategies and plans within budget;
  • Accurate tracking and reporting of strategic trade investment budget;
  • Ensure thorough integration across all promotional activities with key marketing strategies and communication;
  • Drive value-add from promotion agencies in delivering creativity in all promotional aspects such as communication, premium, POSM types;
  • Own and develop designated Category Development Tools for implementation, ensuring future tool evolution and application by local commercial team;
  • Utilize all category development tools and information systems during analysis for better, more insightful and holistic conclusions and recommendations;
  • Build strong working relationship with internal customers, agencies and suppliers and drive cost efficiency.


Key Competencies

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and/or Degree holder in any Business Management/Marketing discipline with a preference for MBA ;
  • At least 5 years of working experience in MNC (preferably within FMCG industry) and a min 2 years in Trade Marketing or Sales;
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating strong cultural diversity and high degree of adaptability and sensitivity to new environments;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  •  Someone who is comfortable working with data analysis and numbers sensitive;
  • A team player with ability to work closely with cross functional departments in planning, monitoring, and implementing strategic business plans.
