We are a multinational organisation and a leading manufacturer of branded disposable baby and adult diapers and feminine hygiene products across the Southeast Asia region. Our global headquarters is in Stockholm, Sweden and our Southeast Asia regional hub is in Section 28, Shah Alam, Malaysia. As part of our continuing expansion, we are seeking a highly-motivated, suitably-qualified and team-driven individual to fill the following position to be based at our plant / office site located in Section 23, Shah Alam: 

• Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining safety and health programs;
• Facilitate safety & health committee to organize and implement safety activities to create occupational safety & health awareness to all associates;
• Regularly prepare and conduct safety training and carry out safety awareness campaigns;
• To cultivate safety and health awareness attitude amongst associates toward creating safety culture
• Act as internal ESH (Environmental, Safety and Health) auditor;
• Liaison with waste treatment and disposal contractor (Kualiti Alam) to ensure all scheduled waste disposed according to the legal requirements;
• Regularly prepare and conduct safety training and carry out safety awareness campaigns to SCA HM associates and contractors.

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, approved by DOSH, Malaysia with a minimum SPM qualification;
• Must be a Registered Safety & Health Officer with DOSH;
• Knowledge of Federal and State Safety/Security laws, regulations, codes and best management practices;
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment or related field is required;
• Pleasent personality with good interpersonal skills, good in spoken and written English and Malay;
• Computer literate in MS. Office programs;
