As the Local Human Resources Manager you will act as a Business Partner being responsible to ensure excellent performance in all Human Resources matters concerning the Admin and TE S&M organization.
You will report to the HR Director TE S&M Region South and will be member of the Local Management Team where you will be involved in related strategy processes and translating Regional strategies into country operational plans.
- Acting as sparring partner for the Local Management Team on all HR matters
- Providing expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate
- Defining and implementing local HR agenda based on SBS and TE HR strategy and in accordance with our business needs
- Identify and bringing up opportunities to add value
- Driving and supporting cultural, organizational and people development activities
- Facilitating Talent and Performance Management processes across the local organisation ensuring high quality succession planning and people development processes
- Supporting management in identifying, developing and optimizing processes, tools and trainings to secure a high performing, customer oriented organization
- Leading recruitment and supporting the implementation of the company employer branding strategy
- Ensuring that compensation, benefits, policies and procedures are in line with group strategy and country guidelines and are appropriate to support our business needs
- Making sure that people issues are addressed with employee representatives (works council)
- Leading or participating in local, regional or international projects
- Representing our organization in relevant HR networks on Country, Regional and European level and maintaining other internal and external relations
- Securing direct and indirect support in all HR matters (incl. administration) and following-up with defined KPIs
- An HR generalist background with about 5 years experience preferably gained in Sales and Marketing consumer goods organisations.
- The proven ability to drive our HR agenda
- Experience of people development
- Capacity to provide support to management covering consultation ability and providing expertise.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems and a track record that proves that you are able to sell and implement them
- Strong team working capability but also the ability to take a leadership role where a challenging approach and also decision making skills are vital
- Effective communication skills on all levels of the organization and across different cultures
