We are a multinational organisation and a leading manufacturer of branded disposable baby and adult diapers and feminine hygiene products across the Southeast Asia region. Our global headquarters is in Stockholm, Sweden and our Southeast Asia regional hub is in Section 28, Shah Alam, Malaysia. As part of our continuing expansion, we are seeking a highly-motivated, suitably-qualified and team-driven individual to fill the following position to be based at our plant / office site located in Section 28, Shah Alam: 

• Responsible to provide support to all functions within Supply Chain with analyst of RCA through data and provide factual recommendations to support short term tactical and long term strategic decisions.
• Responsible to review and align SOPs for Supply Chain processes using lean methodology. Reports data related to supply chain costs, quality, supply continuity, on-time delivery, supply chain risks and etc.;
• Responsible for analyzing, recommending and implementing supply chain report and systems;
• Develop, analyze data and work with relevant cross-functional team to propose and lead for continuous business process improvement initiatives;
• To be SAP super-user;
• Other tasks as delegated.

• Posses at least a Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent;
• Must have excellent skills with MS Office software, particularly Excel and Access
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in data mining & analysis in a manufacturing environment; working experience with SAP system is an advantage;
• Organized, analytical, process-orientated and the ability to work independently;
• Proficient in spoken and written English with good communication skills, presentation and follow-ups;
•  Ability to interface effectively with customers, subordinates, peers, subcontractors, and vendors;
• Possess a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
