We are a multinational organisation and a leading manufacturer of branded disposable baby and adult diapers and feminine hygiene products across the Southeast Asia region. Our global headquarters is in Stockholm, Sweden and our Southeast Asia regional hub is in Section 28, Shah Alam, Malaysia. As part of our continuing expansion, we are seeking a highly-motivated, suitably-qualified and team-driven individual to fill the following position to be based at our plant / office site located at Section 28, Shah Alam: 

• Responsible to track market trends for planning purposes and to propose strategies  to meet the needs;
• Responsible for establishing a forecast accuracy review/tracking process and analysis;
• Responsible to ensure all sales forecast received are aligned and accurately updated into SAP for timely executions and continue to improve forecast accuracy and demand fulfillment through details analyze with recommendations;
• Responsible for ensuring an updated Standard
• To prepare accurate and timely report as require with root-cause analysis identified and proposed recommendations;
• Develop and deploy a formal forecasting process, forecast review process and forecast collaboration processes;
• To support Supply Chain in project and system implementation for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Business Administration or equivalent with good knowledge in Mathematics, Statistics;
• At least 3 years of working experience in the same capacity or have at least 5 years cumulative experience working in Supply Chain Analysis, Supply Planning, Customer Support or Sales Operation;
• Knowledge in SAP systems is definately an advantage;
• Preferably with forecasting experience from a manufacturing environment with in a FMCG industry;
• Possess strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously minimal supervision and possess high achievement drive;
• Proven leadership and excellence communication and influencing skills;
• Possess highly developed analytical skills and are able to process large amounts of complex information, and translate this into a readily presentable format;
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
