Planning and coordination of own finished goods and merchandise articles’ deliveries to customers and other SCA warehouses
- Secure distribution of FG through supply chain to all SCA stock points based on forecast, available stock, defined stock targets, lead-times and delivery frequency (replenishment).
- Purchasing of the merchandise products and calling-off deliveries or checking replenishment proposals from other IDCs.
- Cooperation with transport companies and customs offices.
- Transport coordination (to the customer and from the supplier).
- Customers’ claims handling.
- Maintaining stock at the target level.
- Solving issues caused by stock problems with production planner, material supply department and suppliers of merchandise articles.
- Preparation of reports.
- Offering value added services to customers in cooperation with other logistic functions (CS, FGWHM).
- Offering value added services to sales departments.
- Non and slow movers minimizing.
- Work according the established ISO-, safety- and hygienic standards in the factory.
