1.Plan and purchase raw material based on stock, Bill Of Material (BOM) and production plan

·           Purchase and call-off raw material based on the SCA Purchase handbook

·           Create and send orders to the approved suppliers

·           Minimize and solve raw material leftovers in cooperation with Production Planner

·           Communicate with the suppliers of raw material, forwarding companies and customs office or internal Customs Specialist

·           Solve raw material claims

·           Order transport for raw material

·           Keep the raw material stock on the agreed level

·           Solve "lack of raw material" situation together with the production planner

·           Participate in DOM of RM Warehouse

·           Participate in Material Improvement Team (MIT)

·           Evaluate performance of forwarding companies

·           Participate in the quarterly supplier rating as part of SAS

·           Work according the established ISO-, safety- and hygienic standards in the plant
